"Pros: The villa was sparkling clean and very spacious. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. In the photos it looks like an apartment, but it really is a villa with a separate entrance, there is no one else in the building. It has a huge terrace on the roof with the view of the mountain and surrounding fields. You can even make a barbecue there! It has a secure parking place with a garage-like sliding door. The villa is conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Berat city center (and in the city center you can park in the underground parking, so going around by car is very easy). The host was very friendly and helpful. He gave us some exceptional recommendations on local restaurants (all were spot on!) and places of interest. Berat city is a gem! It looks magical, especially at night with its tiny cobblestone UNESCO-protected streets, a river flowing through the center of the city, and beautiful illumination everywhere.
