"Pros: Pretty good furniture. Pleasant water (and in different houses it can be different "to the touch").
Having a heater in winter is a big plus. The view from the balcony is more or less good.
Cons: Not enough good outlets. And in order to place the heater in the bedroom, you must have an extension cord so as not to freeze.
When checking out, the key must be left in the apartment. But the elevator is activated only by the key!
Lifehack. Without closing the door of the apartment, first activate the elevator, and then throw the key on the table at the entrance and slam the door)"

"Pros: The property was really good value. The location was excellent - near shops, walking distance to the centre (20 minutes) and view of the sea. It is new, modern and spacious. Air con in the living area is very effective.
Cons: Please note that the oven is more of a grill so don’t buy items that you want to cook in oven. The floor does get flooded quite easily in the bathroom and the air con in the bedroom isn’t that effective. This is why I deducted 2 marks out of 10"
