"Pros: Very nice and welcoming staff all around. Most spoke english pretty well (the younger the better, no surprise), but they all were ready to give service when needed. Staff always around if you needed any help. Cons: Wifi connection was unstable and could be gone for hours... at least it worked consistently well on the restaurant and lobby floors (0 and 1st floor). No practical info letter in the room - but you could always ask for check-out time, breakfast, etc." ~Ole
