"Zalety: Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, do plaży kilkadziesiąt metrów. Sklep, pizzeria, restauracja zaraz przy wyjściu z budynku. Apartament duży i czysty Wady: W łazience brak kabiny, woda na podłodze może trochę przeszkadzać podczas używania prysznica. W porównaniu z zaletami to niewielka niedogodność." ~Tomasz

"Pros: This 1-room apartment has absolutely everything you need for your stay (good wifi connection, enough space, cozy beds, washing machine etc. ), whether you want to enjoy the sea and Durres, work remotely from there or both, as we did. Private beach is literaly 1 minute by walk, it is not crowded and you will likely be provided with shezlong by hosts. Hosts are very kind and helpful, they were able to help us even during late night. Apartment is located in gated area and it is surrounded by small forest, where you can walk, run, excersise etc. Cons: Apartment is located in ex-military base, today that is gated area with security at the entrance. This is generally okay, but if you want to go outside of that area, you will have to go all the way to the ramp and main entrance. There is shortcut through the beach and sea, where you can go out of that area and acess promenade, but since beach isusually guarded, security guys will not always let you in and you will have to go to main entrance, which is 15 minutes longer minimum. Also, googe maps is not very user-friendly in Albania, so you better use Apple maps in order to acess this apartment. Googe maps was leading us to wrong destinations so we lost around 15-20 minutes in order to find the apartment." ~Ksenija
