"Pros: Pretty good furniture. Pleasant water (and in different houses it can be different "to the touch"). Having a heater in winter is a big plus. The view from the balcony is more or less good. Cons: Not enough good outlets. And in order to place the heater in the bedroom, you must have an extension cord so as not to freeze. When checking out, the key must be left in the apartment. But the elevator is activated only by the key! Lifehack.
