"Pros: The housekeeper changed the bed after we explained to her that it was damaged.
Cons: The weather was not good for us - it rained a lot. The approach of the housekeeper was weak at first, but after explaining the circumstances, she changed. In the apartment, it would be good to add basic equipment such as: trash can, soap and towels for kitchen utensils, etc."
