"Pros: It is very close to the beach and there are many restaurants, bars, markets, etc. So the location is good. Also, it was clean.
Cons: It is not so soundproof and you can hear the cars and music from outside. But it is in the city centre and you can expect that it is loud outside.
Also, this flat will require some small investments in the future, especially with room doors. It is functional, but soon it will need some fixes."
