"Pros: Nice new apartment. Great price performance ratio. Spacious and nicely furnished with an outside space and a parking lot in the garage. The owner was nice and the TV is big with lots of channels. Cons: The kitchen could have a bit more silverwear and a coffee pot and mugs, a bowl and a spatula would be nice. But rental apartments rarely have a fully functioning kitchen. And there is a bit on mold the bedroom." ~Jara
