"Pros: The hotel is situated in a great location with panoramic views of the countryside and very close to the castle and city centre (about 15mins on foot). The staff was extremely friendly and truly hospitable. They offered advice on directions, restaurants, sights to see and had umbrellas to give out due to the rain. "Pros: Really spacious place with everything you could need. Lovely view from the balcony looking over the mountains. It was a real luxury having a washing machine and dryer in the place! Really easy to wander down to the bazaar and up to the castle. Hosts were really warm, hospitable people even bringing treats when we arrived. The breakfast was really incredible, we couldn't eat it all there was so much of it. I couldn't recommend this place more. Cons: Tricky to park given a really steep narrow street, but found parking up the top about 100m away." ~Beckett
