"Pros: Clean and facilities were amazing. Receptionist was amazing, very kind and warm welcoming. She explained everything in details perfectly.
Cons: Too expensive for what it offers. Indoor swimming pool was too small and also not deep enough to swim. Food in restaurant was too expensive also poor menu, there are not enough foods to choose, and everything was sea foods, for me that I don't consume sea food there was only one option. Also waitress on the restaurant weren't welcoming, also they don't serve fast, you have to wait for long minutes for the waiter to come and ask you, they speak loud with each other etc.
Shortly restaurant staff and they behavior make you feel like it's not a 5 star hotel. On my opinion, lower the price on restaurant, fix the staff and indoor swimming pool, your hotel will be beyond perfect."

"Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped with everything a family with kids may need (all the kitchen appliances are in good condition). The owners, Elena and Arthur (EleArt) are great hosts with lots of exlerience in tourism and he speaks excellent English. The hotel has its own free parking lot, and we were even allowed to leave our car there after checkout for a few more hours, while.we were at the beach.
Just across the street from the hotel there is a very good grocery store.
Last, but not the least - the location of the hotel is excellent, five minutes walking from the beach.
Cons: Really nothing to complain about :)"
