"Pros: Very clean apartment in a new building. House had washing machine and bedding for 5 people. Good air conditioned. Parking available. Comfortable mattress in the room and good pillows. Convenient mini market just outside the door a a bigger one within 5 walking minutes. Well equipped kitchen Cons: The windows did not have blinds: in the bedroom normal curtains and in the living room very thin curtains. This meant everyone woke up at the rise of the day which is not ideal when on holidays. Hot water is available for 4 showers, the 5th person either had a cold shower or had to wait. Also it is not beachfront and you do not have seaview (from the balcony you can see the parking lot, some mountains and other buildings, some in construction). Dishwasher needs to be fixed to the cabinets, we almost got hurt when opening it as it falls towards you. Description mentions there is a bar and a garden, but we didn't see it." ~Raquel
