"Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet town between Himare and Sarande. It's brand new and it has amenities and it's comfortable. You can see the sunset from the balcony which made our day.
Cons: The building were it's located is messy, old and a bit disgusting. Despite everything being clean and new, there was a crockroach so we had to kill it, maybe because there are some small holes and the surroundings are not as clean. If you don't have a sim card there there is not an easy way to get to the apartment as the host called us and gave us instructions to find the keys and enter the apartment. For two people I think it's ok as there is a double bed but for three people, the sofa were I had to sleep was so hard (maybe because it's new)."
