"Pros: The villa is located quite far from the centre but it is my favourite area ,so l always try to find somewhere to stay around here and walk as much as possible.From pluses:green territory ,a few tables comfortably placed in the garden .The owners obviously have a shop where you can buy small stuff and needs.There is a nice little balcony from the room with a table and chairs ,so you may spend nice time breathing fresh air of Ksamil there .It is easy to reach the centre as there is direct road down the street .The owner speaks English and you feel comfortable.The bed linen is clean and made of cotton .They also provide two towels for the hands and the shower one .The owner is friendly and the check in was easy and fast.The room was not hot at all ,l even used the blanket which was thoughtfully provided in the room as well. I have also seen some photos with served breakfast ,means you may ask the owner for the morning meal for extra pay.And a separate admiration goes to very famous Albanian hospitality :the owner knocked my door and brought lunch as a treat .It was very delicious and really nice of them . The villa is listed as Villa Festim Ksamil in Google maps. Cons: The minuses are really minor and can be easily resolved with an owner )" ~Oksana

"Pros: Comfortable, super clean, new rooms and beautiful look, great balcony with views and away from all the noise ... yet only a short walk to all of the action and transport. A good base to visit both Saranda and Butrint.A small market with everything you need next to the villa. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.
