"Pros: I had a great time at Buktina Pere! The owners are lovely people that make you feel at home. The location is just a few minutes walk from the beach area, bars and restaurants. They have a spacious garage which is very convenient if you are traveling by motorbike. If you don't want to go out for food they can make you breakfast, lunch and dinner as they have a professional kitchen and they cook very well!" ~User

"Pros: There are many reviews whereby people pay a little but expect a lot. As a sole budget traveller I don't really need anything but a clean bed, electricity and running water. To have my own appartment at the price I paid was a bit of a luxury. The fridge was a bonus and the views were amazing. The shower was great too. Couldn't fault the location, you can hear the surf from the lake in the quieter parts of the day. Very close to a good supermarket, the beach and a great beach bar. Eri speaks good English and was extremely helpful and informative. I hope to enter the Pogradech 1/2 marathon again next year and will book this apartment as soon as I have a date. Cons: Although it didn't bother me at all, the less mobile should be aware there are 74 stairs until you reach the level of your appartment. 53 up to the apartment and a further 21 once you enter. A balcony and some basic cooking facilities would make this apartment amazing but you're gonna pay a lot more for those additions and I'm sure there are insurance implications for the owners." ~Craig
