"Pros: Host was exceptional. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately. Apartment was cold (it was winter) but host brought a heater upon request. Communication was excellent, with no request a problem. Thank you so much, would stay again. Cons: More kitchen facilities would be good, toaster, knives, baking trays etc." ~Tracy
