They speak ENGLISH, among other languages. VERY secure apartment ( more like a condo ) with modern security door and elevator pass key. The neighborhood is attractive, only a short walk from the middle of things ( 15 minutes ) and is also COMPLETELY HARMLESS at night. SEVERAL coffee shops and small markets ( fish, deli, butcher ) within 2 minutes of the building. LOTS of hot water, kitchen supplies, pots, pans, etc. supplied, big fridge, new clothes washer, balcony with secure weather-doors and a rack to hang the wash.
