"Pros: Such a cozy, spacious, and quiet apartment. Everything seen in the photos was accurate when I arrived. In fact, I would actually say the space was much bigger than it appears in the pictures. There is plenty of very comfortable furniture to sit on and the decorations make you feel like you are really part of someone's home and not just staying in a sterile generic room on Booking. The sides and back of the large red sofa fold out, so you could easily sleep on it if needed. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. In fact, there is enough kitchen equipment to prepare a multi course meal! There is a large family table and also a couple of small tables for dining on the balcony. The apartment has two balconies, one from the kitchen and one from the bedroom. The second wraps around the building, so you get a partial sea view and a mountain view as well The bathroom is excellent for what is common in Albania. I did not experience any flooding of the bathroom floor and there was plenty of hot water. Also it has a window for fresh air. The bedroom was large and the bed very comfortable. There is plenty of storage space if you will be staying long term. The wifi was fast and consistent and there are plenty of outlets to work in any space of the apartment. The apartment is only a couple of minutes walk to the free public beach and promenade .There are a few big markets nearby, and plenty of cafes. The owner is very friendly and there is exceptional communication with access and any issues experienced during the stay. Cons: I am struggling to find any true negatives. Perhaps a second air conditioner in the bedroom would be a plus. However, I was able to draw the shades in the afternoon to block the sun and with the provided fan, the temperature in the bedroom at night was not a problem. The power in this area of Vlore went out overnight during one day of my stay and walking up the 7 flights of stairs was not fun. There is a fast elevator though that was working the rest of the time. So no worries. The common areas of the building itself could use a good cleaning. However, after staying in about 6 similar buildings in Vlora, I can say unfortunately this building is typical of what you will find. My only suggestion is to reach out to the owner at the phone number provided in the confirmation as soon as you book. I waited until I arrived and I think the check in experience would have been more simple had I contacted the owner in advance." ~Christopher

"Pros: Evrything was nice.Apartment is in good location.Comfortable and clean. Good value for the money. Cons: There is no parking wich is written in description if you read carefuly . It would be better if the apartmen have parking in the bulding , ofcourse for increased price that normaly should be payed for private parkings around Vlore." ~Zlatko
