"Pros: Very spacious and well equipped. Cons: Difficult to contact and to have information. Once at the property we learned that we had to go to the office to do some paperwork. We had to do those over the phone in the corridor in front of the locked door, with 2 kids. It would have been more appropriate to give us the code for us to do the paperwork comfortably, or at first letting us know to go to the office in another town. We felt very bad on arrival to be poorly treated." ~Pierre

"Pros: Paola, the host, is great. She was always willing to assist with any request and proactive to offer additional services that benefit the pax. The apartment is well equipped. It also faces the mountain, with no other buildings opposite to it, so the views were wonderful. Wifi worked great as it had a dedicated router only for this unit. The neighborhood is quiet and virtually noise-free. Cons: The area is better suited for people with cars. There are no supermarkets around (only mini-markets) and walking to the ski resort takes about 15' uphill (not strenuous, though). Also, unless you rent a ski locker (EUR 15-17/day), you will have to carry the gear back and forth with you." ~Leandro
