"Pros: The hosts of this apartment were extremely accommodating in agreeing to our requests for late check-in and payment method. They also were very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay here (via Whatsapp). Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the two hosts and it was a pleasure to meet them. They were extremely friendly and took the time to meet us in person, show us round the apartment and also the apartment block (including the roof top pool and shared living space). I would also add that the locals we met during our stay were too very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There is a small balcony which provides a great view of the city and sunsets. In terms of location, it suited us very well because we wanted to be closer to Ezeiza Airport. The distance from the airport was 30 mins by taxi. However, we were also able to easily access the city centre (either by train or taxi) whilst we were here. The route we took was taxi to Boca (well worth the visit) and then we walked to the city centre via Puerto Madero before returning to the apartment in a taxi (30 mins). Taxis were very cheap and easy to get. In the immediate location, there is a number of local cafes, bars and restaurants within the local provincia. We did not visit any other than the local bar which is 5 mins from the apartment (RE Bar), which served a great choice of beer and food. A final point to add as it may be useful to know, is there is a laundry station on the top floor which we understand can be used (we didn't do this however the option was available for a small cost).
