"Pros: - Ana was super friendly and helpful!
- The view was amazing!
- The apartment was clean and well maintained.
- WiFi was excellent.
- There is a laundry service that picks up your clothes and drops them off 24 hours later which was super useful!
- We ended up arriving a night later then our booking and they offered us a voucher for the night we missed which was extremely generous of them!
Cons: We had a good stay but there were a few things that could have been better.
- Communication before we arrived wasn't great. We had to change our plans and it was quite difficult to get ahold of anyone to let them know.
- We followed Waze to get there and ended up going the wrong way. It would have been good to have gotten a notification a week before with directions. The apartments are located on a dirt road which isn't ideal.
- We travelled with 2 small children and it would have been nice to have had playground equipment.
- More hooks and shelves would have been useful.
- The shower door only covers half the shower so water goes all over the floor. No bathtub."

"Cons: The chalet was not clean, the floor was not clean. The linen on the double bed was dirty, there were red stains in it and there was an old towel hanging in the bathroom (which we had not used). The wind was blowing hard on our day, causing a door in the storage room to rattle. This was already known because er was a piece of cardboard stuck in the door, this did not help. The service in the kitchen was not clean and there were no means to clean it."
