"Pros: Private, spacious enough and great value for money. The extended window area was really nice, and the hosts were really kind and responsive. The location was good - quiet and in walkable distance from the centre (around 7min). Would recommend for a weekend trip in Gyumri! Cons: The shower area is not as planned out, as the water leaks all over the floor after the shower.
