You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking, guests are required to fill in a check in an online form and provide a copy of the matching credit card and government-issued photo ID of the guest who has booked the property. The ID's provided must match the name of the guest staying at the property for security purposes.
