Lake House is a holiday home located in Lake Tyers in the Victoria Region and is 8 km from Lakes Entrance. The property is an architecturally designed beach pad. It is located only steps to the general store and the fabulous Waterwheel Tavern. The townhouse is a secure, private and gated property with a Gas BBQ to enjoy the landscaped gardens. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, electric fan-forced oven and fridge/freezer. There is a laundry with a washing machine, ironing board and clothes Line. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and spa bath. For your enjoyment the Lake House has a large flat-screen TV with USB connectivity & remote. iPod docking pod and DVD player with remote is also included. There is private parking available on-site for 2 cars or a car and a boat. The holiday home is a 3-minute walk to the beach and Lake Tyers General Store.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that there is a 1.05 percent surcharge when paying with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that the property does not accept prepaid debit cards. Valid photo identification and the same credit card used at the time of booking must be presented on arrival. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the guest cannot provide a valid photo ID or valid credit card that matches the name on the booking.
