Deceptive from the outside, this beautifully restored, stylish home, faces the ocean and has spectacular views along the coast. It has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The driveway is long and flat providing excellent boat and car parking. Lake Tyers Beach House boasts a large and sunny, open plan living area with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator. 1 bathroom has a bath and a separate shower and the other has just a shower. The house is heated and cooled by a split system air-conditioner. A washing machine, tumble dryer and a gas BBQ are provided. For those bringing their boat, the closest boat ramp is at Lake Tyres, 400 metres from the property. Here you will also find a general store.
