"Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and allowed us to use the pool and facilities all day after checking out. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Norfolk. The apartments were also next to the largest kids playground on the island, which was fantastic for us, with kids. Great BBQ facilities and immaculately clean and tidy apartments. Cons: Our apartment decor and carpets were a bit dated." ~Genevieve
