"Pros: It included laundry, and understood my request for a vehicle. They were great to deal with before our stay. Cons: I requested our room to be cleaned twice, even when they advertised that they did the rooms weekly, if you you wanted more frequently then ask. On day 9 of our stay I asked for clean sheets and towels and for our room to be attended to, but to no avail. We left after a 2 week stay and no room clean or any maintenance whatsoever." ~Katherine
