"Pros: It is a really nice unit, has everything you need, lovely layout. The beach is about 100 metres walk. Was nice to chill and do nothing for the few days we were there. We enjoyed our stay there but the bed was way too soft for our liking.
Cons: I can see why someone commented about the privacy glass door separating upstairs to the unit downstairs. Whilst it is absolutely fine if you are the only people there, it's a bit different when someone is in upstairs unit. On our last night, a couple moved into unit upstairs, the lights from upstairs illuminated our unit through those doors. Plus the sound barrier between the units isn't the best either - you could definitely hear them moving around, muffled talking/TV, doing dishes etc. Would be great for a big family using the 2 units. Not sure how we would have liked it if we had more than the 1 night with someone else upstairs."

"Pros: Amazing apartment at the top floor of a large house which is turned into 2 apartments. The bottom apartment probably doesn't have the amazing views that this apt A has, so I was happy that we picked apt A. You can see the waves in the sea directly from the living room and huge balcony (with BBQ). The apartment inside is very spacious and with all the comfort & facilities in there we found it hard to leave the place. We cooked nice meals, drank some wine with views over the sea, had movie nights on the biggest TV I've used in my life (connect your own Netflix account and buy some popcorn). The kitchen is really well equipped and the hosts already provide so much that you barely have to go to the supermarket: there was coffee cups for the coffee machine, there was milk in the fridge, salt & pepper present, a great oven, even an air fryer! The beds have a huge (thick & wide) mattress, so our sleep was amazing. All in all we loved it.
Cons: We realized from the reviews already, but mentioning it so others don't get disappointed when they arrive: the pool on the pictures is a public pool called "Yeppoon Lagoon" 3km /6 min drive from the house. You can easily get there and it's free, but don't expect this to be your private pool. In the end the house is really still a great stay without a pool, but it's better if you don't have the wrong expectations. Next to this, it's not a cheap apartment if you're just with the 2 of you. But that's for everyone to decide on their own."
