"Pros: The staff at the wine shop and reception were polite and helpful. The restaurant dinner was nothing special, but the breakfast was excellent. Pool was very nice and warm. Cons: We had booked a 4-course dinner, which unfortunately did not include any wine like in some other hotel spas. When we entered the restaurant, the waiter checked our menu package and advised us to take the starters from the table even though we had a menu. When we had taken them, another waiter came to tell us that they would have to add the price to the menu because it was not part of the menu. So unfortunately we missed one dish from the menu. The menu dinner was nothing special, compared to the ala carte list that people around us had, the portions were modest, especially the mains and deserts. Next time would not take the menu. All the instructions were always in German, so with tourist German we had to ask a little what everything meant in the spa. Saunas were nice, but not very warm. Dog fee of 30€ is quite high when it only includes a small treat bag and "rental bowls". There was no bathroom door." ~Ek
