"Cons: The key were locked in keysafe. The code was not provided in checkin instrusctions. We need to guess the code and try many combinations. The host was not responsing to the email and phone call because it was outside business hours. We were shocked how bad the checkin was managed. Also we had no warm water for 3 days. Host reacted next day after first email, technician was twice, but we got water only after 3 days." ~Andrei
