"Pros: A comfortable, warm, modern apartment that is very well equipped. There are two large double/twin rooms and a small single room. It is very well located about 3mins walk from Eggham gondola station and ski bus stops. Its a quiet location but there are good restaurants close by. The electric sauna in the apartment was a pleasant surprise and a lovely treat after a day's skiing. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We paid in full in advance of our arrival and the key was available on our arrival. We felt that the photographs did not do the apartment justice. Cons: Whilst there are televisions in all the bedrooms, this apartment does not have a lounge/sitting room. (There is a seated area in the kitchen though)" ~Tara

"Pros: all good Cons: The member of staff who met us on our first morning was extremely rude and aggressive, we had just unpacked and were taking our skis downstairs. He was very angry that we had of Skis upstairs and hadn't used the ski room. We explained that we had just arrived and unpacked but he was still angry." ~Ashley
