"Pros: Marion and Emanuel were fantastic hosts, with excellent communication before I arrived, while I was there and when I left. They went out of their way to ensure that I arrived safely and had everything I needed. Marion even accompanied me to a local restaurant to get some takeaway food when I realised all the supermarkets were shut when I arrived! The apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed, and in a great location close to the centre of Kaprun and to the glacier road, with easy parking. The chocolates were a nice touch!
Cons: Everything was great - no faults. I couldn't get the hob to work, but I think that might have been me!"
