"Pros: Clean and a great location for both access to ski lifts, and restaurants Cons: Very little communication. Too few towels for the length of our stay and no where to hang them. The second bedroom had no night stands for items, and no place to hang clothes except a coat tree." ~Lee

"Pros: As Americans we don't often stay at hotels for such a high level of hospitality! We were overly impressed by the employees, the cleanliness, and the amenities especially the spa! We did the half board so our dinner was served to us every night, it felt like a true luxurious experience, and our server Ivana took extra good care of us giving us good tips in the area and becoming one of our friends. The whole experience made us feel like locals/family! We skied all three days of our stay, and the short walk in the morning was perfect to keep us away from the louder aprés about close enough to easily get to the mountain each morning and home in the afternoon. We will cherish our time in Kitzbühel at the Q!" ~Craig
