"Pros: Location is short walk from train station. Clean and roomy. Elevator was a very nice surprise. We found very quiet when windows are shut. A very nice balcony which would be a great bonus in warmer months. Cons: Apartment was extremely hot. We adjusted radiators but still very hot. A adjustable thermostat would be really helpful. We did open windows but in brisk winter you really should not have to do that. A instruction manual on how to use items in apartment, along with easier contact info would be a big help. Would suggest better towels for the bathroom. We did have problems with calling to get our key, the phone number provided just would not go through. We finally sent a message via booking and a very nice woman/daughter arrived with key in about 15 minutes. We were beginning to worry. But it all worked out ok. Maybe a better method of communication for key exchange." ~Steffunny
