Cons: We decided to give 5 stars, even though one thing was really on 1 or even 0 stars: the agency. No information was passed on to the host, which gave us a lot of problems. Thankfully, the host was awesome.
But really: an agency who is not answering, not picking up the phone, not replying to mails? I do not understand how booking.com can accept to have them on the platform. It seems like we are not the only one who has been in this situation."
