Just 50 metres from the slopes and a small ski lift, Alpin Appart Reiterhof offers a souvenir shop, and a petting zoo. Located in Niederthai, it is 7 km from Umhausen in the Ötz Valley. Free WiFi is available. Decorated in a rustic Tyrolean style with wooden furniture, the apartments feature a living area with a flat-screen TV, kitchen and a bathroom with hairdryer. On request, fresh bread rolls can delivered every morning to the apartments. Products from the owner's farm can be bought as well, including eggs, meat, sausages and honey. Guests can use a shared lounge featuring a seating area and a kitchen. Guests can use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. The garden includes a children’s playground and a sun terrace. Free private parking is possible on site. Cross-country ski runs start right outside, and ski school is just next door. In summer, free guided hikes, including a llama hiking tour once a week, are offered. Guests can play table tennis and rent bicycles. Horse and pony riding is also possible for a surcharge. Oetz is 15 km away, and it is 20 km to Sölden. A ski and hiking bus to both places stops right outside the property. The Aquadome Thermal Spa is 12 km away. In winter the Niederthai Card is included in the price offering free use of all lifts, cross-country skiing tracks, sledge tracks, a Stuibenfall lantern hike, a cross-country skiing lesson, winter hiking tour and biathlon once per person and the use of the public ski bus.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. dogs are only possible on request, a maximum of 1 dog is allowed per apartment. For your dog we charge € 12 per day and an additional deposit of € 200, which must be paid in cash upon arrival.
