Cons: The apartment was clean but would need some more thorough maintenance, in particular (room 112):
- Only very basic equipment in the kitchenette (recommend to add frying pan and cutting board)
- Loosened electric wall socket in bedroom with exposed live wires (dangerous!!!)
- Non-functional TV remote (did not watch TV anyway)
- Clogged sink drain in bathroom
- Loosened bench in the sitting area"
