Gästehaus Braunegger enjoys a quiet location, 2 km from the centre of Ötz, and offers a garden with a playground and a sun terrace. The Hochötz Ski Area can be reached within 5 minutes by car and free private parking is available on spot. The Alpine-style apartments are all fitted with satellite TV and come with a bathroom featuring a hairdryer and a shower or a bathtub. Some apartments come with a sofa bed and others offer a balcony. A ski storage room is a further feature of Braunegger Gästehaus and a free ski bus stops 30 metres away. The Sölden Ski Resort is within 30 km. The Area 47 Recreation Park is 10 km away and the Aqua Dome Thermal Baths are a 20-minute drive away. The lake Piburger See can be reached within 10 minutes on foot and the closest restaurant is a 2-minute walk from the property. Guests staying between 30 May 2020 and 04 October 2020 receive a Ötztal Premium Card free of charge.
