"Pros: The owner sent very clear instructions, and everything was as in the instructions. The room was large enough. Everything was clean and working. Warm shower with good water pressure (important for me after a day of skiing). The property is just 5 min (really!) from the Main town, so you get to be "outside" and yet have all the benefits of the town like shopping. There is a ski utility room with warmers for the ski boots where you can put all your ski equipment (its shared by all the guests). The contact with the owner was easy, and the owner was super nice. If we come again to Ötztal for skiing, we will want to stay here again. Recommended! Cons: Parking is very narrow, and the ceiling will not allow a car with a (large) roof rack. A roof box with skis might still pass, maybe - just ask the owner before, know it might be an issue. Was no issue for us since we had nothing on the roof. The larger your car (SUV for example) the more difficult getting in and out of the parking will be for you." ~Daniel
