"Pros: Good location. Zell am See and Kaprun skiing places are close. Always found free parking place near. Sauna in the evening was very relaxing. Place was quiet. Kichenette is small, but fulfills basic needs. Cons: The smell. There is permanent cigaretes smell. Looks like it was smoking room for a longer period, or ventilation somehow is connected to a smoking chamber. Anyway the burned tobaco smell is permanent. Airing room by openning windows does not help. When you are inside you do not feel it after some time, but you always feel that smell when return home from outside. That smell gets into your clothes and you can smell it when you are outdoors. Even 2 days after the visit I can still smell it on some my clothes and this smell reminds me that we were living in the home smelly home :)" ~Antanas
