Only a 3-minute walk from the Reiterkogel cable car and the centre of Hinterglemm, Hotel Valerie panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Guests can relax in a sauna. The Valerie’s elegant, rustically furnished rooms and apartments offer free wired internet access, cable TV, a safe, and a bathroom with hairdryer. Most have a balcony, and the apartments also feature a kitchen with a dining area. Guests of Hotel Valerie can rent bicycles, use the ski storage facilities, and relax on the sun terrace. Hiking trails start right outside. Daily cleaning services can be requested at an additional cost. Zell am See can be reached in a 20-minute drive.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hotel Valerie in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the full amount of the booking will be pre-authorized on the credit card used during the booking. Additionally, a prepayment deposit via bank transfer will be requested by the property. Please note that the property only allows pets in certain room types and with a maximum weight up to 15 kg at an extra charge of 25€ per pet per night. Please contact the property after booking for more information. Please note that the reception and the sauna are closed from May to October. Check-in is organised, but payment at the hotel is not possible. In this period, payment is only possible by bank transfer or credit card before the stay.
