"Pros: Location and food and staff Cons: Check in process for groups not fit for purpose. We had a great time overall but if you are a group leader and book this property you have to spent up to an hour checking in each individual person staying and put all their details in. You should just be able to check into all rooms in one go and put them all under the group leaders name. I was running an expedition with 16 people and the book in process was so laborious I ended up just putting my name in as staying in every bed - in fact I think I actually started making up names and numbers rather than typing them out again and again for all 16 beds. If you don’t believe me, I would ask the management team to turn up to the hotel and try to check in as a group leaders with a team of 14 people - most of which you won’t have all their details immediately to hand / they might not all be there when you are checking in. See how long it takes you and ask yourself if that is the experience you want group bookings to have when checking in. A shame as the rest of the experience was excellent." ~Keen
