"Pros: A really good family hotel with lots of nice things for the kids and parents. Breakfast and dinner are really good, the only problem is coffee. Many hotels nowadays even have a small coffee machine in the room, so you can have coffee very quickly and during the day if you want too. Here is even no self-service coffee machine at the breakfast - it's only served if you ask and the cups are really small.
Another small complaint is that it was really loud on a late Sunday evening - there was a loud party outside at the back of the hotel, but it was really loud inside too.
And parking. I booked a parking lot in the hotel, but on arrival the receptionist said that we have to park in ~1km away and walk from there. Later we learned that it was her mistake and we had a spot reserved for us, she just ignored it."
