"Pros: We recently stayed in the hotel with my wife and our three children, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the ski lifts, and the free depot was a great convenience for our family. The price was very reasonable, and we truly appreciated the warm and supportive service provided by Georg and his team. Thank you for your hospitality! Cons: A couple of minor issues. There were times when no one was available at the reception, which made it a bit challenging when we needed assistance. Additionally, we found that a first aid kit was not available in our flat, which would have been helpful during our stay. Despite these small hiccups, we had a great time and would certainly consider staying with you again in the future." ~Halil
