Located on the shore of Lake Traunsee, with direct lake access, Das Traunsee - Das Hotel zum See is situated in the centre of Traunkirchen in the Salzkammergut, 10 km from Gmunden. It offers an award-winning gourmet restaurant and a spa area on the lake. All rooms all have a balcony with lake view, cable TV, a minibar, a tablet and a bathroom. The Bootshaus restaurant offers fine cuisine. In summer, the SeeSide restaurant is open during the day. Each restaurant has a terrace with unique views of Lake Traun and the surrounding mountains. The See-Spa wellness area features several saunas including one with a panoramic lake view, a steam bath, spa showers and a relaxation area. Guests have exclusive access to a bathing jetty. Beauty treatments and massages are available. In winter, the Feuerkogel Family Ski Area is 7 km away, and there are many Christmas markets in the surrounding towns and villages.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
