"Pros: Excellent heating, always warm and cozy. Everything matched the pictures. Convenient location directly on the ski slopes, which is a major advantage. The staff was very nice and responsive Cons: Insufficient supplies: only 2 rolls of toilet paper, barely any hand soap, no trash bag, no dish soap, no sponges and no dishcloth (This made basic cleaning tasks frustrating, especially since the dishwasher wasn’t practical for everything. Staff offered to have the cleaning company bring us sponges in the next days, but unfortunately, we had already bought one ourselves since we got late replay; 7 people stayed in an apartment for 5 days) The ski locker was insecure, accessible 24/7, and couldn’t be locked, forcing us to store equipment in a shared space/hallway." ~Jasmina
