AlpenParks Residence is located in a quiet area of Zell am See, 300 metres from the centre and offers spacious apartments with lake and mountains views and 1 free parking space per unit in the garage. The free ski bus stops 50 metres away. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a balcony and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Guests can use the ski storage and the bicycle storage on site for free. The next restaurants and supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away. AlpenParks Residence Zell am See is a 5-minute walk away from the Zeller See lake. The City Express Cable Car to the Zell am See / Kaprun ski region is 400 metres away. The cross country skiing trails and the toboggan run in Kaprun are reachable by car in 10 minutes.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that check-in and pick-up of your keys takes place at AlpenParks Central, Brucker Bundesstraße 12, 5700 Zell am See (GPS: 47.321898, 12.795664). Please note that the apartments are not cleaned during the stay.
