"Pros: CENTRALLY-LOCATED CLEAN, MODERN, WELL-EQUIPPED AND WELL-MAINTAINED APARTMENT We had nice 19 nights/18 days stay this September/October in this very clean, modern, well-equipped and well-maintained apartment. The apartment is situated in the heart of Baku city with Malls, supermarkets, Nizami Street, Baku Boulevard Sea-front, metro station all nearby. The host couple were very helpful and welcoming. The host Denis even came to fetch us and leave us at the airport. This was particularly of help as the address system in Azerbaijan is such that it is not that easy to locate this apartment as not all shops and houses here have number plates on them. The apartment has well-equipped kitchen and attached bathroom. I suggest the host ensure that hot water is available at the apartment all the time. Anyway, our stay in this apartment was comfortable and pleasant. It is suitable for both solo traveller and couple with or without a child. Highly recommended." ~Subhaaursam
