"Pros: The location is great. The view over the Caspian see is stunning. The host was responsive and helpful. Cons: The name is misleading - nothing to do with the Hilton brand. Accordingly - no way near the Hilton hospitality standards. The address was wrong - same street but building 97. The common areas - the building entrance and the inner yard - look scary. Old soviet style, wear & tear everywhere. We had issues with running water (no water in the morning and in the evening) and water temperature. Unable to take shower, use toilet or do the dishes. Issue was resolved on the third day by installing an individual water pump on the water supply pipe just outside the apartment. In the meantime we had to buy bottled water and use kettle to heat water for washing." ~Tatiana

"Pros: This property is located very close to Sahil Metro Station and 28 May Metro Station. Value for money. This property owner is very friendly character and helpful .
