"Pros: The Stuff, they are too good and helpful. both front desk staff is great and always keep smile on their face. location is good, within reach of everything. you will not feel alone in the city if you are staying at this location. Cons: their is nothing dislike about Jatra, but i would like to recommend something. 1. a mini refrigerator or mini bar should keep in the room, because sometimes you need to have something to be cool/some time to have chilled drinks to have during the summertime. that might be helpful if mini refrigerator kept in the room. 2. Wi-Fi coverage should be improved. 3. instead of old LED tv, i would recommend keeping a smart tv in the room. 4. Fan to be installed, 8/10hrs AC is not good for health, a smart fan/modern fan should keep in the room." ~Quazi
