"Pros: It is one of the best places I've ever visited in mountain facilities.
1) Comfortable beds, sofa.
2) Exceptional location. You're right near the train station. 7 minutes walking to the hot springs. Quiet and calm place.
3) The owner is a very pleasant person. We wanted to make grill, and he gave us all the necessary stuff for it. We wanted to make a fire in the chimney. We got woods for free, too.
4) Grill spot is very cozy with the roof and side covers.
5) House: warm, clean, and with a heated floor in the bathroom.
